Great for sleep and the best flavor.

I take one of these about an hour before bed. I don’t get high, per se, but get a bit groggy. The real magic is when I wake up in the middle of the night to pee. Instead of having my mind race when I get back in bed like it used to, now I simply fall back asleep. I haven’t slept this well in decades. The pineapple is the best flavor, if you want to stick with just one.
